I prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to connections. Building genuine, meaningful relationships is far more valuable than simply collecting business cards or adding names to a contact list. I focus on investing time in relationships where there’s real potential for mutual growth and trust. Whether through joining peer groups, volunteering, or mentoring, I look for opportunities to connect with individuals who share similar values and interests.
