I was trying to find my best friend a night nurse last Christmas after hearing her struggling with her baby’s sleep regression. During my search, I realized there are very limited resources to provide overnight care last minute. I came across the company Let Mommy Sleep and loved that their business model was centered around providing overnight care at moments notice. What solidified my decision was the educational piece that this company not only emphasizes but also provides. Educating parents along with providing sleep really impressed me and was the deciding factor in my decision to leave corporate America.

The mom community that has been created through social media — both good and bad.
