I spent over 12 years in commercial real estate brokerage, working with some of the most innovative and fast-growing companies across the U.S.

During that time, I experienced and witnessed that the workplace experience for women, especially in male-dominated industries, often lacked the mentorship and career resources needed to advance and succeed.

This realization inspired me to launch Her Workplace — an AI-powered career network for the next generation of women and non-binary leaders providing meaningful connections, mentorship, career resources, and opportunities to access professional development tools to support their career growth.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started your career?

One of the most interesting and pivotal moments in my career was the journey of getting into business school and the profound impact it had on my career trajectory.
