Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series. Before we dive into our discussion about networking, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you share with us the backstory about what brought you to your specific career path?

After working in the construction business for over 20 years, I realized one day that I was craving a significant change. While I had a successful career, I’d always had a passion for skincare because I had acne for most of my life. If you name it, I have probably tried it. With the help of Accutane, a good skincare routine that included tretinoin, I achieved great skin. I was the person who would research new skincare products and techniques, and I’d often talk with friends and family about their routines. One day, I looked at my partner and asked, “What do you want to do for the next 10 to 15 years?” After much research, I declared “I want to open a Medspa.” It was a natural shift for me. I’ve always believed that feeling good about your skin can transform confidence. It certainly helped me. I wanted to create a space where people could not only improve their skin and appearance but also feel empowered and rejuvenated.
